You can request deletion of the data Social UGC holds about you at any time. We honor deletion requests in line with applicable law and the requirements of the platforms we integrate with (including Meta).
Upon a verified request we delete your account information, stored content, analytics, and connected-platform data, and revoke any access tokens we hold. This is completed within 30 days. Some records may be retained only where required by law.
If you remove Social UGC from your Instagram or Threads settings, Meta notifies us and we immediately revoke our access and delete the stored access tokens for that connection. Removing the app stops us processing your account; it is not itself a deletion request. To have the remaining data erased, submit a data deletion request through Meta or use the email above — either way we confirm completion.
